The Clusterjet IP-CORE combines all functionalities necessary for the operation of inkjet printing systems in a flexibly configurable behavioral description, which was completely created with the hardware description language VHDL and can be synthesized for use on diverse hardware platforms.

The functions accumulated and intensively tested over many years form the basis for the CLUSTERJET control system on the hardware side.

In addition to various very flexibly configurable functions for controlling inkjet print heads, the core contains a servo motor simulator, a module for direct control of light emitting diodes in a dropwatcher installation and functions for recording a speed curve of the head moving axis.

An integrated fullsize muxer as well as freely programmable signalram create a high degree of flexibility and independence for the user!

Our Baremetal TCP/IP implementation allows to use the maximum bandwidth of the selected data transmission path.
