The CLUSTERJET Wave Editor is a stand-alone software that allows to edit and display the wave shape fed to the printheads.

A simple script language is used to describe the individual logic signals as well as the waveform required for the operation of some printheads.

An experienced user can adapt signal aspects with the help of the wave editor and create further signal aspects for future print heads.

The possibility to edit signal patterns freely creates future-proofness and makes the user independent.

With the help of the muxer, which is also integrated in our IP core, the signals, which are initially generated internally, are placed on any output pins by simple assignments.

Especially in the area of modernization of old machines, which is often described as “retrofitting“, the tools mentioned above help us to carry out a conversion with a high degree of planning reliability and also to integrate previously unsupported print heads.
